To complete this search you MUST have the truncated card number from the document provided by CBA.
- Go to - BPOINT Portal - Transactions - Manage transactions page
2. Then click View filters
3. Then paste or enter the truncated card number in the token field and
NOTE:
This requires an exact match, not a wildcard search like with the account number.
It MUST be the first 6 digits, followed by 3 dots, and then the last 4 digits. e.g. 123456...1234
4. Then click Apply Filters at the bottom of the page
