This document will explain how to schedule a batch file.
You can schedule new batch files or existing batch library files to be processed on future dates, through your BPOINT back-office portal.
WHAT RESOURCES WILL YOU NEED?
- Administrator or ManagerT1 Access to https://www.bpoint.com.au/backoffice (PROD) Or https://bpoint.uat.linkly.com.au/bpoint/ (UAT)
WHAT RULES WILL NEED TO BE FOLLOWED?

- Log into Merchant Back office
- Navigate to Transactions > Batch Payments.
- Click on New Batch File button.

New batch file will allow you to upload an existing file or manually create a file.
a) Upload existing batch file
Selecting uploading existing batch file will allow you to Choose a file from your device.
b) Manually enter batch records Manually enter batch records option will allow you to create your file. You will be directed to enter the filename, CRN, card number, expiry date, amount, and order type for each transaction.
Click Save. The batch file will be created.
Click Process batch file button to proceed.
- Choose Schedule in the Process Batch file confirmation box.
- Select the processing date in the Schedule batch file box.
- Once the batch file has been scheduled, the batch file will be listed under the Scheduled tab of the My batch files section, in the Batch Payments page.
