- Check Your Merchant Bank Statement
Look for your merchant number on your merchant bank statement.
It is a 16-digit number that begins with "535310" and should appear in the [daily] BPOINT settlements/deposits.

Alternatively, you can contact the CBA Merchant Helpdesk team.
They will verify your identity and assist you with your merchant number
