Step 1.
Log into BPOINT and and navigate to Settings, then Manage users.
Step 2.
If you would like to create a new user within BPOINT select New user.
Step 3.
On this page you will be able to create a new user by completing the form.
Step 4.
User role selection will define the level of access that the new user will receive. Please refer to the table on page 2 for access levels by role.
Step 5.
Daily allowed refunds will set the maximum number of refund transactions that the user will be allowed to perform per day. If this is left blank, no limit will be set for the user.
Daily refund amount will set the maximum total amount of successful refund transactions that the user will be allowed to perform per day. If this is left blank, no limit will be set for the user.
Step 6.
Once all the information for the new user is completed, please click Save to create the user.
Step 7.
You will be asked to provide your password again to proceed with the adding of a new user.
Step 8.
A success notification will be shown.
Step 9.
Once the user is added, a temporary password will be sent to this new user’s email address to allow them to log into BPOINT. Please ensure you have communicated with this new user to look for the new user email from BPOINT. Please note that the temporary password is only valid for 30 days. Below is the email that the new user will receive.
Step 10.
You can review all your users within Settings, Manage users and use the search fields to find a specific user. Once you have found the user, select that row of information to enter the user detail page.
Step 11.
All user information is displayed in the detail page.
Step 12.
If your user happens to forget their password for the account or the initial temporary password has expired, you can request a reset via Reset password. Once confirmed, a temporary password would be issued and sent to this user’s email address to be used for logging into BPOINT.
Step 13.
If the user’s details are incorrect or need to be updated, you can edit the information via Edit user.
Step 14.
Update the information requiring edits and confirm by selecting Save.
You can make a user inactive by updating their status when editing their profile. Making a user Inactive will retain the users information but not allow them to access BPOINT
Step 15.
Your password is required to confirm the changes you would like to be applied to this user.

The users account will now reflect the changes made.
Step 17.
If a user does not need to access to BPOINT anymore, you can delete the user. To do this, select Delete user.
Deleting a user will completely remove the information of the user from BPOINT.
Step 18.
You will be asked to confirm this action. Select Delete to continue.
Step 19.
A success notification will be shown.
