Enter payment details
Step 1.
Log into BPOINT and click Transactions → New payment.
Enter the payment details, including Biller code, References, Order type and Amount.
Payment details shown will be reflective of your biller code configuration.
Step 2.
In the Payment section you may have two options: Enter payment details or Scan and Pay.
Enter payment details allows you to enter card details and submit a payment. Complete all details and click Submit payment.
Step 3.
If you have applied surcharges, you will see a notification that the surcharge will be applied to the payment.
Click Confirm payment to continue.
To update surcharges, navigate to Settings → Payment settings, then choose the biller code you want to update and click Edit within Accepted cards and surcharge.
Step 4.
You will receive confirmation of payment with receipt number, payment dates, all the details you entered in Step 1 and truncated card number.
You have options to share payment details with your customer. Clicking on Receipt number will copy this number to share immediately.
Step 5.
Clicking Print receipt will open a new window which you can print for your customer.
You can also share by email simply by adding their contact details and clicking Send.

Scan and Pay
Step 1.
Scan and Pay allows you to create a QR code that a customer can scan on their enabled mobile device to make the payment.
Step 2.
Click Generate QR code and the unique QR code will appear on screen. This unique QR code will bring through all the payment details you added.
Step 3.
Your customer can scan the QR code with their enabled smartphone and will be taken to your hosted payment page to make the payment.
If Apple Pay is enabled on your biller code and the customer has an Apple device, Apple Pay will be an option to complete the purchase.
Step 4.
After entering the payment details, your customer will review and confirm their details before paying.
If you have requested this feature to be applied, your customer may need to confirm hCAPTCHA before pressing Pay.
Step 5.
Once your customer has paid and received a payment successful result, you will be shown a confirmation on screen.
Within the confirmation you can copy the Receipt number by clicking on the blue number shown.
Step 6.
A confirmation of the copy will be shown.
You can also print the receipt for your customer by clicking on Print receipt.
Step 7.
The receipt will open in a new window and clicking Print receipt will commence printing to your default printer.
Unsuccessful payment
Below is an example of what your customer will see if their payment is unsuccessful.
Your customer is presented with the option to try again.
Please note, there are no notifications for unsuccessful payments within back office.
