Streamline future payments by saving payment details within BPOINT.
Step 1.
Log into BPOINT and navigate to Data Vault → Payment Methods.
Step 2.
To set up a new payment method, click New payment method.
Step 3.
Select the Merchant and Biller Code. The remaining fields will be based on how the biller code is set up.
Step 4.
You can enter the payment details including Card or Bank account, or you can request payment details by sending an email.
Step 5.
Confirm you have identified and informed the customer of the direct debit conditions, before clicking Send.
Step 6.
To search for a payment method, you can use the quick search tools or click View filters.
Step 7.
You can filter payment methods using various options. Once finished, click Apply filters.
Step 8.
Once you’ve located the desired payment method, click that row to get more detail.
Step 9.
To edit the payment method, click Edit payment method.
Step 10.
To delete a payment method, you will be asked to confirm this action. To confirm, click Delete.
