Securely accept customer details
As a merchant, this option allows your customer to securely enter their details. Payment information is truncated and safely stored within BPOINT.
To update your tokenisation settings go to Settings → Payment settings, click on the biller code you want to update and adjust tokenisation and saving payment methods as needed.

Step 1.
Log into BPOINT, click Requests → New request.
Enter the details for the action you want to complete. The form will be reflective of your biller code configuration.
You can request a Payment, Pre-auth, Token, or combinations of these actions based on your need.
Step 2.
Payment request allows you to send a request via Email for your customer to fulfil the action.
Step 3.
When clicking Send request, you will be shown a request pending dialogue box.
If your customer is completing the action immediately, you will see pending change to paid once payment is made. If your customer is not expected to make the action immediately, you can Close the window.
Step 4. (example is for a payment request)
Your customer will receive the request and when clicking Pay Now they will be taken to your hosted payment page to make payment.
If Apple Pay is enabled on your biller code and the customer has an Apple device, Apple Pay will be an option to complete the purchase.
Step 5.
You can share the receipt with your customer by entering their email address and clicking Send.
Step 6.

Your customer is presented with the option to try again.
Please note, there are no notifications for unsuccessful payments within back office.
