Step 1.
Log into BPOINT and navigate to Settings, then Payment Settings.
Step 2.
To set up Klarna within your BPOINT account, you will need to have your user details handy. Click Edit and enter in your details. If you have not previously signed up to Klarna, you can do so here.
Step 3.
If you are tokenising your customers’ transactions, you will need to select the appropriate agreement option.
Step 4.
Your BPOINT account will be set up with up to 5 available biller codes. If you require additional biller codes, please contact your relationship manager or the CBA helpdesk.
Using multiple Biller codes can simplify tracking for your business, and each biller code can have different business rules. Select the biller code that you would like to update.
Step 5.
You can edit the name of the biller code by selecting Edit biller code. Update the name and press Save.
Step 6.
To choose which card types you will accept and their surcharge amounts, select Edit.
Step 7.
You can select or de-select which card types and wallets the biller code will accept.

Step 13.
When finished, click Save.
Step 14.
You can accept payments using Apple Pay on your hosted payment page by setting this toggle to on. If Apple Pay is enabled on your biller code and the customer has an Apple device, Apple Pay will be an option to complete the purchase.
Step 15.
You can set minimum and maximum amounts on this biller code. Click Edit and enter your accepted amount range.
Step 16.
Saving payment methods as tokens will allow you to securely store these details for future payments. Once turned on, you can allow customers to opt-in or to tokenise all payments made on this biller code.
Step 17.
To update customer reference numbers (CRN) for this biller code, select Edit.
Step 18.
You can select up to three CRN’s you wish to capture per biller code. You can set the minimum and maximum length and a number structure which is required (e.g. CRN must start with 123 and be 8 characters).
Step 19.
Toggle on from the options provided and complete all values based on your chosen reference options. Prefix, Suffix and Checksum algorithm.
Incorrect entries will show an error message and not allow the payment to be processed. This can help when reconciling transactions post payments being processed.
